Brand, product and concept design

Everything here was made for DBrodeur Concepts, my art and print-on-demand brand. Imagery is generated with AI tools under my direction, then built into products, listings and brand assets.

Brand system

One visual system for every collection: a charcoal honeycomb ground, a single hero object, a heavy serif title. Every new collection drops into the same system.

Take Me Back collection tile: skateboard and bodega doorway breaking through a honeycomb wall
Read the Room collection tile: an open book breaking through a honeycomb wall
Celestial Deco collection tile: a gold armillary sphere around the moon
Channel Zero collection tile: a vintage television showing static
State of Mine collection tile: a glowing gold map of the United States
Look Closer collection tile: a magnifying glass over the honeycomb
Weathered collection tile: a cracked, weathered wooden door
Backyard Legends collection tile: a worn basketball

Concept and commercial design

Self-initiated briefs that show range beyond wall art: a product ad, parody packaging and two large-scale concept pieces.

Product art

A cross-section of the catalog, shown as listed. Each line has its own look: storms, cyberpunk robots, dark academia, city youth, autumn horror.

Case studies

How the business was built

The work behind the gallery: setup, structure and decisions, with what came of each.

From a free static site to three storefronts

Problem
Sell art with no budget for a developer, platform fees or stock.
Approach
Launched a free GitHub Pages site on my own domain with branded email. When it needed real checkout and fulfillment, moved to Shopify connected to Printify, then added Etsy and eBay as separate Printify stores.
Result
One 434-product catalog sold across three channels, printed and shipped on demand, with nothing held in stock.

Restructuring an Etsy catalog

Problem
Each artwork had separate listings for poster, canvas and framed, which cluttered the shop.
Approach
Piloted one listing per artwork with a Style dropdown on a single piece, reviewed it, then approved the rollout. Wrote operating rules for pricing floors, ad spend and keywords so the work could be delegated.
Result
A cleaner shop structure and a repeatable rollout process with written guardrails.

A one-person AI production pipeline

Problem
Produce a large, consistent catalog and brand system alone.
Approach
Tested image tools side by side and kept the one that held my intent. Built a prompt-generator tool and a shared visual template for every collection. Made my own room mockups for the state-map series.
Result
Fifteen collections under one consistent brand look, produced and listed by one person.

Building organic traffic on Pinterest

Problem
A new store with no audience and no ad budget.
Approach
Pinned the catalog consistently across collections, linking pins to live listings, and scheduled posts across Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook.
Result
In 30 days (Sep 29 to Oct 29, 2026), with no paid ads: Pinterest impressions rose from about 770 to 22,950, with 570 engagements, 160 saves and 881 store page visits. The Facebook page added 1,466 views and 24 follows. Converting that traffic into sales is the next focus.
Method

How I work

  1. Define the goal and what's not working.
  2. Name the constraints first: budget, platform, time.
  3. Compare approaches before committing to one.
  4. Use AI where it saves real effort, and keep judgment calls human.
  5. Pilot on one item, check it, then roll it out.
  6. Write it down so it repeats without me.
